epending on your experience, your work will include:
Advising and representing clients in matters including care proceedings, child arrangements, domestic abuse, divorce, and financial remedies.
Extensive experience with public law proceedings and working with parents and guardians involved in cases brought by local authorities.
Supporting victims of domestic abuse through protective injunctions and legal aid applications, ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing.
Managing a varied caseload of legal aid funded work, including applications, billing, and compliance with Legal Aid Agency regulations.
Handling private family law instructions with sensitivity and professionalism, particularly where clients require discreet, pragmatic advice and effective resolution.
