The Job

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution team. This is an opportunity for a confident and personable lawyer who has experience dealing with employment disputes and employment tribunal matters, and who is comfortable managing their own caseload.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the wider Dispute Resolution department while building strong client relationships through clear, pragmatic advice and excellent service.

What we are looking for

Depending on experience, responsibilities will include:
• Advising clients on a range of employment law and workplace disputes
• Conducting and managing employment tribunal litigation

• Preparing settlement agreements and providing independent legal
   advice in relation to those agreements

• Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and written advice

• Managing matters efficiently while ensuring clients remain fully
   informed throughout their case

• Working collaboratively as part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team
