Toni White is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) practicing as a Chartered Legal Executive based at Foys Solicitors’ Crystal Peaks office. She joined Foys Solicitors in October 2021 in the Wills and Probate Department and specialises in estate administration (from full estates with inheritance tax liabilities to obtaining a Grant of Probate only), preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Will drafting from straight forward matters to incorporating appropriate trusts.
After leaving college, Toni worked as an assistant in a Wills and Probate Department of a national law firm. From this position she gained an interest in this type of work and after a few years returned to education studying Law at University to progress in the legal sector. Following on from this, Toni then began studying with CILEX to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Approach
In this role, Toni meets people from a range of backgrounds and no two matters are the same. She is sympathetic in her approach and listens to clients to ensure progress is made in a way that is right for them. Toni understands that clients can be worried and find the process stressful. Therefore, she tries to simplify matters where possible, making it easier to follow and understand.
She receives good feedback from clients as many recommend her to their friends and family who later instruct Toni to act for them.
