Sam Parkinson is a Wills and Probate Practitioner within the Private Client department at Foys Solicitors, where she has built her expertise since joining the firm in 2015. Since leaving school, Sam has pursued continuous professional development within the legal sector, progressing through structured training, qualifications, and practical experience to become a specialist in Private Client work.
Sam’s practice focuses on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Grant of Probate applications. Sam has experience supporting vulnerable clients and their families and aims to deliver a service with a professional but personal approach.
Sam is a fully STEP qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and works very closely on complex estates administration with Lee Hunter who is the Head of the Department and Partner located at the Doncaster office.

Detailed knowledge in preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
Managing a wide range of Grant of Probate applications
Significant experience advising vulnerable clients, including elderly individuals or those with capacity considerations
Regular collaboration with colleagues, financial advisers, and external professionals to provide a seamless, well-rounded service.
