Biography

Rebecca joined Foys in May 2022 after working for several years in Conveyancing and Personal Injury. Rebecca graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a Law degree in 2014, Masters in Global Crime Justice and Security in 2017 and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2020. Since joining Foys, Rebecca has successfully completed her training contact to become a qualified solicitor.

Rebecca was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts in April 2025 and specialised in criminal law. She completed her Police Station Accreditation in May 2025 in order to represent clients at the police station. In March 2026 she decided to return to the Conveyancing department.

Approach

Moving home is more than just a legal transaction- it is a major life moment, Rebecca understands that the process can feel both exciting and overwhelming.

Rebecca's approach is simple: keep things clear, keep things moving, and keep you informed.

Rebecca believes good conveyancing is about communication as much as it is about legal expertise. She takes the time to explain each stage in plain English, answer your questions (no matter how small they may seem), and make sure you feel confident about every decision you make. You will always know where your matter stands and what happens next.

You will have a dedicated point of contact throughout, someone who understands that this is not “just paperwork”- it is your home, your investment, and your future.

Rebecca has experience across a range of property transactions including:

  • Purchases

  • Sales

  • Remortgages
