Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs): Assisting clients in preparing and registering LPAs, which legally appoint someone to make decisions about their finance, property, health, and welfare if they lose mental capacity.
Probate Applications: Preparing the necessary paperwork to apply for a Grant of Probate (or Letters of Administration if there is no will), allowing executors or administrators to manage the deceased's estate.
Assisting with the Administration of Estates: Supporting the complete process of managing and distributing a deceased person's assets, including gathering valuations, paying debts and taxes, and distributing inheritances to beneficiaries.
