Megan is a Chartered Legal Executive and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX). She joined Foys in March 2026 as part of the firm’s expanding Dispute Resolution Department.
Megan began her legal career in 2019 after graduating from the University of Sheffield with an LLB in Law and Criminology. In November 2023, she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive.
Since entering the profession, Megan has developed practical experience across a range of civil litigation matters, including property disputes, landlord and tenant matters and monetary claims.
She joined Foys to further develop her litigation practice and contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department.

Approach
Megan takes a practical and forward-thinking approach to dispute resolution. She understands that being involved in litigation can be stressful and aims to provide clear, realistic advice from the outset.
She focuses on understanding each client’s objectives and guiding them through the litigation process in a structured and straightforward way. Careful preparation and clear communication are central to her approach.
Clients value her approachable manner, attention to detail and commitment to progressing matters efficiently.
Experience
She has developed particular experience assisting cohabiting couples in property disputes and advising landlords on tenancy related matters.
