Magdalena is a Senior Solicitor specialising in Commercial Conveyancing. She also deals with Residential Conveyancing matters for the existing, referred and/or Polish speaking clients.
Magdalena joined Foys in 2023 and together with her Trainee Solicitor, Lily Bradshaw, they form part of our Commercial Conveyancing team based at the Worksop office.

Experience
With many years of experience, Magdalena works on a broad range of Commercial and Residential Conveyancing matters including:
purchases, sales, auctions, refinances/remortgages, charges, transfers, overage agreements, options / pre-emption agreements, Landlord and Tenant matters including new leases, renewal leases, lease assignments, surrenders and licences for alterations.
As a qualified Senior Solicitor, she also provides independent legal advice to Directors/Shareholders entering into Personal Guarantees by explaining to them potential risks and ensuring they fully understand their liability and impacts on their assets.
