Liam Bawden is a Graduate Member of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and a Dispute Resolution Executive based at Foys Solicitors’ Doncaster office. He joined Foys Solicitors expanding Dispute Resolution Department in 2024, and specialises in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, with a strong focus on contentious trusts, probate, and property matters.
In 2024, Liam was appointed as President of the Doncaster & District Law Society, making him the youngest person in the country to ever hold the post of President of a local Law Society. In addition to this, Liam has served as the long-standing President of the Doncaster Junior Lawyers Division since 2021. Through these experiences, Liam brings leadership, determination, and an innovative approach to the legal profession.
Having begun his legal career at 17 immediately after leaving school, Liam has built substantial experience through resilience, continuous learning, and commitment to client care. He is now working towards qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive and CILEX Lawyer. Practical, driven, and highly client-focused, Liam plays a key role within the firm’s developing Dispute Resolution Department.
