Isabella Whitehurst is a Paralegal in the family department based at Foys Solicitors’ Worksop Office.
Isabella recently completed her LLB Law degree at the University of Lincoln, graduating with First Class Honours. Isabella is now working towards the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) alongside her practical legal training with Foys.
Isabella joined Foys Solicitors in April 2025 and supports the Family Team across a range of matters including arrangements for children, care proceedings, domestic abuse concerns and divorce. Isabella assists with taking client instructions, the drafting of and analysing documentation, and assisting with the day-to-day management of cases.
Isabella also provides support to clients involved in the Public Law Outline Process (PLO), offering guidance and representation during PLO meetings. In addition, Isabella assists with change of name services for both adults and children.
