Biography

Gillian Turner LLB TEP is a Solicitor and Trust and Estate Practitioner based at Foys Solicitors’. She joined the Private Client Department of Foys Solicitors in 2024 and specialises in Estate Planning incorporating Tax Planning, Wills and Trusts.

Gillian has many years of experience within Private Client field offering bespoke and robust advice to clients in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Taxation, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Deputyships, Estate Administration (Probate) and Long-Term Care planning.

Approach

Gillian’s approach is founded on empathy and understanding particularly as many clients requiring her services are dealing with the loss of a loved one or whose relatives are unwell or vulnerable and require assistance and support.

Gillian strives to be approachable and accessible to clients both in and out of working hours. Gillian provides face to face advice, often in clients’ homes delivering information which is understandable and transparent enabling clients to make informed decisions.

Gillian takes pride in offering advice which is bespoke, placing great emphasis on the clients’ objectives from the outset, and guiding clients through the process
