Biography

Ellie Carney is a Qualified Solicitor who is based in the Family Law Department within the Foys’ Worksop Office. Ellie joined Foys Solicitors in November 2025 expanding the Family Law Department, after working within the criminal law sector for almost 4 years.

Ellie has completed her law degree and the post-graduate Legal Practice Course. Ellie is determined, ambitious, and client focused. Ellie has extensive experience in the drafting of legal documentation, instruction taking, and handling of client files

Approach

Ellie is determined to provide clients with the best service possible, ensuring she supports their needs from the beginning of the matter until the end. She understands the necessity for clear and concise advice from the outset and providing guidance based on the clients’ objectives.


Ellie appreciates the difficulty, emotions, and stress clients go through during a set of proceedings. She always endeavours to support the client with a positive, calm, and empathetic approach. Ellie will always deal with any matter presented to her in a professional manner, with determination and focus to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
