Biography

Clare Morgan is a Solicitor and Partner in Foys, responsible for the Family Law team at the Worksop office. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1998, joined Foys in 2008 and became a Partner in 2013.


Clare specialises in children matters, being an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel and a member of Resolution. Clare is also a Dementia Friend.


Clare has the expertise to deal with a range of issues relating to children matters and represents both children and adult parties in court proceedings

Clare is keen to help clients find the solution that works for them and their family at times of crisis or breakdown, and keen to offer clear advice to those involved in proceedings involving state intervention by Local Authorities.
