Claire approaches her role and career with professionalism, understanding, commitment and continues with a strong desire to progress in her career. Claire has a good professional working relationship with other professional entities and continues to build good working relationships with other professional organisations such as Estate Agents and Mortgage Advisors.
Claire is committed to her clients and provides an understanding and compassionate approach knowing that a property transaction can be a very stressful time for the clients. This approach aids a smooth and positive experience from initial instruction to completion.
Experience
Claire has many years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. Whilst Claire continues her career solely in Conveyancing she has also gained valuable experience in Probate the drafting of Wills.
Claire spends her day dealing with Residential Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase matters and also specialises in the following:-
