Biography

Andrea Honeybone is an experienced conveyancer dealing with residential conveyancing matters. In addition, Andrea deals with the day to day running of the Residential Conveyancing Department.


In 2004, Andrea qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and became a Chartered Legal Executive a few years later. In 2023, Andrea became a Licenced Conveyancer.

Having begun her career as a legal secretary, Andrea has extensive knowledge of residential conveyancing and has worked as a residential conveyancer for the last 23 years.

Andrea joined Foys in 2022 and became a Partner in 2024.

Approach

Andrea’s approach to residential conveyancing is to support her clients throughout the transaction in a friendly and open manner.

She understands that moving house can be an intense and stressful situation for many people

Experience

Andrea has substantial experience in residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, auction transactions and freehold reversions.

 

Andrea has published several articles in the CILEX Journal.
