Biography

Alivia is a Trainee CILEX Lawyer at Foys. She joined Foys in 2024 as a Paralegal within the Dispute Resolution Department and is based at the firm’s Doncaster office. She began her legal career as a Legal Secretary in 2023, progressing into a Paralegal role as she developed her practical litigation experience.

In 2025, she commenced her training as a Trainee CILEX Lawyer and is working towards qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive and CILEX Lawyer.

Alivia holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Social Science. Her academic background provides her with a broader understanding of the social and psychological factors that can influence legal disputes, particularly in matters involving personal injury or sensitive personal circumstances.


She is known for her steady approach and ability to build strong working relationships with clients, particularly those who are vulnerable.

Alivia understands that disputes often involve more than just legal issues. She takes time to understand the circumstances behind each matter, ensuring that her work reflects both the legal and personal context of the case.

She approaches her work methodically and with care, ensuring that deadlines, procedural steps and client communications are handled accurately and consistently.

As she continues her CILEX training, Alivia remains focused on developing strong technical knowledge while maintaining a steady and approachable presence for clients.
